Good day friends. I hope all is well with you and family. The great journey of this year continues. Likewise, as individuals, we find ways to inspire, adapt and press forward to newer heights. Here are 10 great ideas to consider to finish the year stronger.
Idea#1: If living in the United States, remember to contribute to your Individual Retirement Account: $7000 Limit for individuals less than 50, and $8000 for those above 50 years of age. You can still make 2024 contributions until April 15, 2025.
Idea#2. Remember to update your Living Will, change beneficiary to all your accounts, so your family is not placed in a difficult position should anything happen to you.
Idea#3. Remember to eat fruits and vegetables everyday to stay healthy and keep the doctor away, so the doctor also can enjoy quality time with his family.
Idea#4. Continue to exercise for 30 minutes 3 times weekly to increase your mental capacity and build your endurance.
Idea#5. Check out Annual Credit report.com, to receive a free annual credit report from all three credit bureau companies, Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. You can discover if someone stole your identity.
Idea#6: Remember to spent at least 30 minutes every morning with God to build up strength for the day.
Idea#7: Listen more and speak less.
Idea#8: Read one good book every week. You can read 52 books in one year!
Idea #9: Spend time this month planning for the year 2025 with your spouse.
Idea#10: Play a new Board game with your family this year. Remember to limit screen time this month, and do more activities with your family.
