Finish This Year Stronger

Quote of the Month:

“Starting strong is good. Finishing strong is epic.” Robin Sharma.

Good day friends. I hope all is well with you and your family. The end of December 2025 is upon us. The year brought challenges, self reflective pause, personal and public surprises, progress, and successes.

As individuals, it is important to finish this year on a positive note. Economically, the world is getting harder, due to increased inflationary pressures. Some experts recommend finding places to keep your monetary value above inflation.

Stay healthy to optimize your personal strategies. Your ultimate health is your wealth.

Emotionally, it is important to decrease stress levels for optimal health. Increased stress worsens personal health. Stress can lead to Cerebral Vascular Accidents, Myocardial Infarction, Atrial fibrillation, and death if not addressed promptly. Remember to get annual physical with your Physician.

Remember to read many books that will help build your dreams. Continue to observe and anticipate the actions of the people around you so you are not taken advantage of.

Create a protective boundary and personal space. This helps you keep scammers and leeches away, as they will drain energy out of you.

Most importantly, spend time with your family in Nature. A few months ago, my children and I went camping with our local church. The experience promoted family unity, and personally allowed for the necessary escape from the cares and stresses of this world. When you are in Nature, the focus is on the Creator and His Creations. Being in Nature promotes inner peace and personal restoration. This peace and restoration are needed to face the challenges in this world.

Harbor an Attitude of Gratitude every day. Being thankful for all one has, is one of the best reasons for perpetual happiness.

Continue to promote service to your local community. The youth of our church recently volunteered at the Roanoke Rescue Mission by helping to serve dinner to the homeless and less fortunate. The feeling of helping others was priceless.

Finally, stay vigilant at all times at work, in the streets and in dealing with your every facet of your life.

Until we meet again, take care of your self and your family.
