Quote of the Month:
“Victory is the child of preparation and determination. “
Sean Hampton.
Good day friends. I hope all is well with you and your family. Life’s preparation is an opportunity to prepare for tomorrow challenges and successes. During college, I had a Marine as my roommate. He was a straight- A student, well-built, majored in Engineering, continuously worked out in the Gym. He also loved to draw Art. During one of our conversations, I asked him why do you always work out? Smilingly, he stated that one always trains to better prepare effectively and efficiently for the tomorrow’s challenges.
How does one prepare for tomorrow when the challenges of today are not even solved yet? The answer is to make time to plan, visualize, execute and reflect on the directions one envisions for his future.
Speaking about preparations. The Winter season is almost upon us in the United States. I know as a good parent, you have all things covered. However, I will still recommend Parents with younger children to have extra Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen, vicks rub, to combat the Respiratory Season triple threats of Influenza Virus, Respiratory Syncytial Virus and Covid 19 infections. Furthermore, discuss with your Physician ways to stay healthy and boast your immune system this Fall and Winter Season.
